Sometimes silence is golden...

As I was on my way to work yesterday, I heard the score and highlights from Monday's games. They said that the Cleveland Cavaliers had lost their record setting 25th straight game. Why do I get the feeling this karma coming around to kick Dan Gilbert in the junk?

I'm sure we all remember this letter that Gilbert wrote to Cavs fans after LeBron left. While I like owners that speak from their hearts instead of their wallets, you have to think through what you say before you say it. I think if you hadn't GUARANTEED that the Cavs would win a championship before LeBron did, you wouldn't be losing 25 straight games. Think before you speak:

Which now brings us to our newest d-bag. Come on down Alex Rodriguez! You're the newest player on Shut the F*** UP!

After being shown on TV being fed popcorn by girlfriend Cameron Diaz, we called Fox TV pissed. I said he didn't want to be shown on TV paparazzi style. First off, I would be happy to be seen on TV with her. Second, you make more in a day than most of us make in a year. Third, that's part of the Super Bowl, people want to see which celebrities are there. I hate to do it Yankee fans, but I hope A-Rod and the Yanks SUCK this year. Don't worry Alex, karma will come around to bite you in the butt too.

  1. Yeah, I read that about A-Rod yesterday too. If you don't want to be seen in public with someone, don't go out into public with them. It reminds me of third grade - 'We are going out, but shhhhh, don't tell anyone...'

  2. I don't get why he is so upset. He was in public at one of the biggest televised events of the year. Why does he think he is too good to appear on TV all the sudden?
