Winnings from Topps for 2013

As you may remember, I was lucky enough to have randomly won a hobby box of 2013 Series 1 from Twitter. I don't really do much in the way of the three sets of base cards that Topps puts out any more. I do want to make sure I get the Mariners I need every year, but other than that I've found I don't want or need all the extra cards laying around from open pack after pack. I know that everyone gets tired of reading through long posts about box breaks, so I'm going to break it up into 6 packs segments. I think I'll show you the card I like most from each pack. There are a few that I'm going to hold for certain bloggers but I will make sure they are clearly marked as I show them. Let's see what this bad boy holds:

Pack 1:
first card of 2013

245 Jason Isringhausen- Angels
(why does Topps always just use Angels and not the city and team??)
41 Daniel Hudson- Arizona Diamondbacks
276 Luis Ayala- Baltimore Orioles

64 Will Middlebrooks- Boston Red Sox
(best card of the pack for the laying out shot)
125 Matt Holliday- St. Louis Cardinals NL Wild Card
203 Wilson Ramos- Washington Nationals

CTC-11 Yu Darvish Texas Rangers
CD-23 Jose Altuve Houston Astros
145 Anthony Bass- San Diego Padres
193 Matt Carpenter- St. Louis Cardinals
140 Wade Davis- Tampa Bay Rays

110 Justin Upton- Arizona Diamondbacks

223 Yonder Alonso- San Diego Padres(another nice retro look)
157 Carter Capps- Seattle Mariners

114 Casey McGehee- NY Yankees
205 Ryan Theriot- San Francisco Giants

Not too bad of a start to the box if you ask me. I will try to keep this box break going so you can see if there is anything good coming you might want to claim. I will be happy to send cards to people after I show them all. Please comment and lay claim to what you want. My only request is if you want something, could you help with my Mariner or Angel want lists, or hit me with Willie Stargell or Dale Murphy cards!

  1. Is the Izturis and/or 72 mini available? I can knock off some of your Angels in the desert needs.

    1. Rangers cards are yours and if you don't mind, I will split the code cards between you and angels in order.
